Client: State of Missouri Child Support Division | Pay: $19.00/hr | W-2 Contract | Classification: QA — Case Initiation & Income Maintenance 9 Total Openings: 3 IM Dept | 2 CS Mailroom Dept | 4 CS Case Init Dept Purpose: Evaluate staff members on quality of work performed as measured against project standards, contractual requirements, and performance measures. Spans three departments — Income Maintenance, CS Mailroom, and CS Case Initiation. Responsibilities (All QA Positions): - Evaluate staff on quality of work vs. project standards and contractual requirements - Assist with development, design, and strategies to improve departmental performance - Assist with development, analysis, and distribution of project reports and performance indicators - Regularly assess knowledge needs of staff related to processes and policies - Conduct monitoring activities for quality assurance including outgoing mail - Assist with monitoring performance and meeting contractual requirements - Remain up-to-date on all policies and procedures - Assist in production and update of staff resource materials - Perform staff trainings Minimum Requirements: - High School diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience - Work on assignments routine in nature with responsibilities easily learned on the job - Able to read, understand, and perform assignments within prescribed guidelines - Communicate routine information clearly and accurately DEPARTMENT DIFFERENCES: - QA IM Mailroom: Oversees IM mail volume, IM system data entry accuracy, imaging compliance - QA CS Mailroom: Oversees CS mail throughput, outgoing mail compliance, CS system data entry - QA CS Case Initiation: Most technical role — case creation accuracy, SOP adherence, legal standards, party location verification.
